Kyklopas Extends Winning Streak at World Competition
Greek producer Kyklopas took a Gold Award at the 2020 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, the world's most prestigious olive oil quality contest.
We are very happy and proud of the duration of our success

The company produced 40,000 liters of extra virgin olive oil from its 12,000 Makri olive trees this year.
The 2019/2020 season was an uphill struggle, owner Niki Kelidou said upon hearing of the win.
"Unfortunately, the weather conditions have now changed and it is not easy to produce a quality olive oil. The Κyklopas family insists on being informed and trying to keep our product quality at the top," Kelidou said.
Kyklopas Early Harvest, a medium-intensity Makri, became a three-time winner with the award, having previously won Gold Awards in 2018 and 2019. The oil is produced by Kyklopas Elaiotriveio Argyri Keldi SA.
"We are very happy and proud of the duration of our success," Kelidou said.
The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, held each spring in New York, is the world's largest and most prestigious olive oil contest and its annual listing of award winners is considered the authoritative guide to the year’s best extra virgin olive oils.
