The company benefited from excellent conditions this season, the company's Director of Operations said after receiving news of the award.
"We were blessed with great weather and olive growth in 2019, which yielded wonderful results for our two oils. After only four years of entering into competitions we are excited to be winning Gold Awards for our brands," said the director of operations, Brian Ralph.
The winning oils were the company's organic medium Heritage Blend and its organic medium Biancolilla Centinara.
The Italian company produced 10,000 liters of organic extra virgin olive oil from its 12,000 Biancolilla Centinara olive trees in Sicily this year.
"This is an incredible honor to win Gold Awards for both of our oils. These awards show how dedication to a handcrafted product and organic practices can create amazing results. We are beyond excited to receive these awards, and use these to help promote the quality of our products to our customers," Ralph said.
