Cerdonio’s Infinity Blend Awarded at World Competition
Azienda Agricola Cerdonio from Italy has again triumphed at the 2023 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, the world's largest olive oil quality contest.
Winning at the NYIOOC is always a wonderful achievement.

The Veneto-based producer earned a Silver Award for its Infinity brand, a medium blend of Leccino, Casaliva and Pendolino olives, previously awarded in 2021 and 2022.
"Winning at the NYIOOC is always a wonderful achievement," chief executive Enrico Cerdonio said. "We always go the extra mile to make our oil special."
Cerdonio was previously awarded at the NYIOOC for its PDO Garda Orientale brand in 2019 and its Oronero brand in 2020 and 2021.
In the 2022/23 crop year, Cerdonio produced 3,000 liters of extra virgin olive oil using traditional methods. The producer said drought made this harvest especially challenging but hopes for a better season in 2023/24.
"This year, we, unfortunately, had to fight drought," he said. "Hopefully this year will be better."
Held each spring in New York, the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition is the world's most prestigious olive oil contest. Its annual listing of award winners is considered the authoritative guide to the year’s best extra virgin olive oils.
