The Olive Plantation Farm Blend is an early harvest collection of more than 15 varieties throughout our farm located in Temecula, California. Farm manager Jenna Kofler, a plant scientist, her husband Hayden Kofler, a landscape contractor, and a team of millers walk the property daily. During harvest season, they let the trees determine when to press. This season had a surprisingly high polyphenol count result of 524.
