Our early harvest olive oil is collected by hand from the most distinguished olive trees of Ionia in September and October, produced as cold-pressed and bottled with care.
It is exciting for us to produce this EVOO with the ancient secrets of Teos, which is deemed worthy of the ‘Citta slow’ label. In its production, we incorporate our 2,000-year-old olive oil production culture and maintain the tradition of our ancestors.
