Zangrilli Itrana

Zangrilli is a farm in Lazio, just south of Rome, that produces extra virgin olive oil using the Itrana cultivar, which provides a light and delicate flavor profile. Only the highest-quality ingredients are used, without any additives or preservatives. The olive oil is green-colored with golden reflections; it presents a medium to strong fruitiness, with notes of tomato, artichoke and herbs.
