Tenuta San Jacopo is a farm founded in 1737 in Cavriglia, between Chianti Classico and Valdarno Superiore in Tuscany. It covers 140 hectares at about 300 meters in elevation. There, 40 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and woods were converted to organic farming methods in 2003. The varieties from which the oil is produced are Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino. The grove consists of 6,000 trees.
