Olio della Valle - Tre Ulivi (three trees) is produced at a single estate in Vieste. The trees are located within the protected Gargano National Park on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic Sea. A nearby private mill is used to minimize any cross-contamination. The EVOO is full-bodied and buttery, with hints of pepper, almond, vanilla and wild herbs. It is delicately balanced and versatile for cooking and drizzling alike.

Because of the ideal climate and careful land preservation of Gargano National Park, some of the highest quality, most unadulterated products in the world come from here.
