Our estate naturally grown olives, from centennial trees from the historic Lindsay, California area, are hand-harvested, and our artisanal ways lead to a fruit-forward premium EVOO we like to consider as our 'history in a bottle.'

Olivaia is a small-batch grower and producer of estate olives and EVOO from the historic Lindsay, California area, hence 'Original Lindsay Artisanal' (OLA). Our BLOCK X centennial trees are early California olives that are traditionally pruned and left to bask in the Central California sun. Our heirloom olives are hand-harvested and artisanally handled for a unique EVOO. Our Olivaia's OLA is our California fresh 'history in a bottle' and is also available in tins.
