OLA Block X Super Blend is made up of 80-percent estate Manzanilla, 10 percent Nocellara and 10 percent Frantoio olives from the San Joaquin Valley. Our estate naturally grown olives, from centennial trees from the historic Lindsay, California area, are hand-harvested, and our artisanal ways lead to a fruit-forward premium EVOO we like to consider as our 'history in a bottle.'

Olivaia is a small-batch grower and producer of estate olives and EVOO from the historic Lindsay, California area, hence 'Original Lindsay Artisanal' (OLA). Our BLOCK X centennial trees are early California olives that are traditionally pruned and left to bask in the Central California sun. Our heirloom olives are hand-harvested and artisanally handled for a unique EVOO. Our Olivaia's OLA is our California fresh 'history in a bottle' and is also available in tins.
