Official Index of the World’s Best Olive Oils

By Marqués de Valdueza

Merula presents a medium-high, fruity-green intensity with cut grass and tomato plant notes. Artichoke and green almond describe an aroma fundamentally made up of green tones. Rounded in the mouth, the medium bitterness is set off by the intense piquant finish that reminds us of black pepper, with a light, final astringency reminiscent of recently cut, green wood.
