Lacusso is a Buža extra virgin olive oil from Vodnjan that has a medium to strong fruity taste and a medium to intense fruity smell of green olive fruit that is pleasantly intertwined with the smell of aromatic herbs. The oil is clear, of an intense golden-yellow color, and is characterized by balanced bitterness and spiciness. The oil of Buža is an excellent addition to fresh salad and is ideally combined with white fish.
