Campo Storico
Named after the historic area of the farm, this medium-fruity extra virgin olive oil is crafted from local cultivars—Grignano and Favarol. It stands out for its distinctive citrus and floral notes, complemented by hints of green almond and banana. On tasting, it confirms these olfactory impressions, offering a delicate, well-balanced bitterness and a refined, peppery finish. This oil is cold-extracted within hours of harvesting and estate-bottled in small lots.
Where to Find Set in the hills above Verona, the Cordioli farm grows varieties typical of the area – Grignano and Favarol – and other Italian cultivars, such as Frantoio, Itrana and Moraiolo. The husband and wife owners are involved with growing, harvesting, milling and blending, taking pride in their hands-on, artisanal approach to the business. Always favoring quality over quantity, they have consistently produced award-winning olive oils since 2012.
