Our Bilini EVOO is a blend of Istrian and Italian cultivars. Our olive oil has a beautiful, intense limpid golden yellow color with delicate green hues. Its aroma is definite and clean, rich in fragrant hints of officinal herbs with a distinct note of mint, rosemary and sage. Its taste is round and strong, with an ample vegetal flavor of artichoke, wild chicory and lettuce, together with notes of almond and cinnamon.

Our small family farm Rakovac, our tiny farming economy, stands firm on its feet today. Our trees are all the more powerful and beautiful, the fruit quantity is increasing. And our olive oil, which was excellent from day one, is still excellent. Fortunately, the work is endless, which prevents us from getting bored. We have won numerous awards for EVOO Bilini.
