Our olives are hand-picked early and cold pressed within four hours each day of the harvest to ensure superior quality. Our blend consists of Frantoio, Moraiolo and Pendolino olives. We pride ourselves on using an organic approach, creating an incredibly fresh and spicy olive oil.
