Turinela is harvested from our oldest and most tenacious olive trees, which provide the perfect bitterness and piquant taste. The selection of domestic varieties grown at 250 meters above sea level offer a rich aroma complemented by a unique selection of scents.

Our olive groves are located in Mali Turini, near the Adriatic coastline, 247 meters above sea level. Placed on the 45th parallel, Istria is one of the northernmost olive regions in the world – important for oil quality which is very sensitive to temperatures over 27 ºC. Our family estate is based on knowledge, dedication to quality without compromising and sharing food and joy with our friends and customers.
