Roveglio is a small hill farm of about 20 acres owned by a single family since 1880 in the Lenno, Lake Como area. The terraces are generally 45 degrees, and some olive trees are 250 or 300 years old. 95% are Frantoio or unnamed indigenous variety with 5% Pendolino planted for pollination. The land has never been chemically treated. Two oils are made and harvested separately, Campi Alti and Campi Bassi (a DOP), which have a 200 meter altitude difference.
