For more than two centuries, the Birin family has cultivated olives. Now, a new generation has proudly taken over this tradition, respecting the experience and knowledge of our ancestors while adopting modern agro-technical methods. We grow several olive tree varieties in five locations in the hinterland of Dalmatia, Croatia. Olives are harvested by hand and processed within 12 hours of the harvest by cold pressing. Our oil is of extra virgin quality with excellent characteristics.
