Azienda Agricola Carroccia Campodimele
The Az. Agr. Carroccia Campodimele is a family-run business with a 10-hectare estate located south of Rome in Campodimele, the so-called ‘Village of Eternity.’ Its inhabitants’ longevity is attributed, in particular, to their healthy diet, in which extra virgin olive oil plays an essential role. The manual harvest of organic Itrana olives in early October is followed by cold pressing. Both the production process and the packaging are plastic-free.
