Uljara Božić Svirče Wins 2 Awards at 2021 NYIOOC
Croatian producer Uljara Božić Svirče has won a Gold and Silver Award at the 2021 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, the world's most prestigious olive oil quality contest.
These awards mean that our Oblica is one of the best olive oils in the world. This gives us the strength to work harder and learn more and tells us that we are doing good work in the olive groves.

The company produces extra virgin olive oil in Dalmatia using traditional methods. Uljara Božić Svirče earned the Gold Award for its Bozic Uje brand, a medium Oblica. The company earned the Silver Award for its Selekcija Božić brand, a medium blend.
"These awards mean that our Oblica is one of the best olive oils in the world," owner Božidar Balić said. "This gives us the strength to work harder and learn more and tells us that we are doing good work in the olive groves."

The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, held each spring in New York, is the world's largest and most prestigious olive oil contest. Its annual listing of award winners is considered the authoritative guide to the year’s best extra virgin olive oils.
