Olivapalacios Claims Two Golds at 2020 NYIOOC
Spanish olive oil producer Olivapalacios has won two Gold Awards for monovarietals at the 2020 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition.
It's rewarding to be recognized for all of the effort made and for all the hard work done by everyone in the company along the year.

The company, which produced 150,000 liters of extra virgin olive oil in the 2019/20 season using traditional methods, claimed the awards for its medium Picual and medium Arbequina.
"It's rewarding to be recognized for all of the effort made and for all the hard work done by everyone in the company throughout the year," owner Raúl Mora said.
He added that this past season was the first one in which the Castille La Mancha-based company produced an Arbequina varietal, so he was pleased with its excellent reception.
These awards will help propel Mora and Olivapalacios forward in their next big challenge: exporting to the lucrative South American market.
The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, held each spring in New York, is the world's largest and most prestigious olive oil contest and its annual listing of award winners is considered the authoritative guide to the year’s best extra virgin olive oils.
