The company produces extra virgin olive oil in Andalusia (Spain) from Hojiblanca olives using traditional methods.

"We are proud to get an award again in this fabulous competition where the best oils in the world are," said Alvaro Pallarés, co-owner of Oleico Pallarés. "To be one of the chosen ones, is something indescribable."

"This year has been a year of very little water and very low yields, but we have been able to get an oil with a very high quality."
