Produced in Jaén, Andalusia, this dark green oil has an intense aroma of green fruit (apple and banana). Green grass and olive leaf notes appear on the palate, with a balanced medium-low bitterness and peppery finish. It is a very pleasant and harmonious olive oil with freshness reminiscent of aromatic herbs.
