Terra Rossa Bellani organic olive oil is produced from an exclusive mix of olive varieties, including Istarska Bjelica, which only grows in the red soils of Istria, Croatia. The oil has an intense golden-yellow color with warm green hues. Its aroma is ample and rich, with notes of lemon, herbs and green fruits. Its taste is rotund and strong, with a flavor of nut, almond and pine kernel. The bitterness and pungency is balanced.
