This PDO extra virgin olive oil is harvested in November and blends the three most representative cultivars of Trás-os-Montes: Cobrançosa, Madural and Verdeal. It expresses the true terroir of the region. The oil is fruity on the nose, and bitterness and pungency are balanced in the mouth.
