Ronkaldo Istrska Belica extra virgin olive oil is harmonious, medium-intense fruity green, bitter and spicy with rich notes reminiscent of green tomato, artichoke, almond and hot spices. Fruity aromas reminiscent of apples and sweet spices are faintly perceptible. A slight astringency is detected on the palate, enhanced by pleasant, persistent green ripe fruit notes with a slightly accentuated spiciness.
