Reserve is intensely green, fruity extra virgin olive oil with a slight bitterness and a marked ardency. Herbaceous notes accompany the dominant aromas of artichoke and almond. This "Huile d'Olive de Provence" comes from a plot of olive trees planted by the Maupas family 30 years ago. It is an exceptional family product produced in small quantities. The olives are harvested by hand one by one and cold pressed less than 24 hours after harvesting.
