Olive Oil & Beyond Cerasuola extra virgin olive oil is medium fruity, with hints of olive, hay, almond and marjoram. Bitterness is prevalent, followed by a light spicy note. The EVOO can be used raw on salads, first courses with vegetables, soups, red meats and mature cheeses.

About Mandranova

On a hill a few kilometers from the sea, there is a green oasis where a selection of young native olive trees, some of which are several hundred years old, grows in our grove. All trees are individually irrigated. Here, we produce extra virgin olive oil, almonds and preservatives that express our land, sun and Sicily.
