Olive Oil & Beyond Biancollila is medium fruity, with hints of grass and tomato. Its bitterness and pungency are contained and well-dosed. This EVOO is best used raw on seafood appetizers, steamed crustaceans, baked fish, fresh soft cheeses and leavened desserts.
Where to Find On a hill a few kilometers from the sea, there is a green oasis where a selection of native young olive trees grows in our grove, some of which are several hundred years old. All are individually irrigated. Here we produce extra virgin olive oil, almonds and preservatives that express our land, our sun, our Sicily.
