O California Organic
The Picual variety originated in Andalusia, located in southern Spain and got its name from its shape — pico, in Castilian, means beak.
This variety of olive is known for its tomatoey notes. Along with tomato, it also has hints of artichoke and herbs that will pair well with Caprese salad, gazpacho, tomato salads, lamb, red meat, guacamole, lentil stews, and autumn and winter soups. Try a drizzle over a sizzling Margherita pizza to pull out the flavors and aromatics.
