Noor Fès is a premium extra virgin olive oil, farmed, hand-harvested, processed and bottled exclusively in our estate. It is made from 100-percent Moroccan Picholine olives, with an acidity level of 0.09 percent. The flavors are the authentic taste of Moroccan Picholine, beautifully balanced between spicy and intense fruitiness. The resulting oil is high in polyphenols and antioxidants.

Seventeen years ago, Noor Fès was founded to recover the authentic taste of traditional Moroccan extra virgin olive oil. After months of research, two of the oldest varieties of Moroccan Picholine were selected. In 2018, after 12 years of careful harvesting, Noor Fès was born, an exquisite extra virgin olive oil that became the leader of the high-end Moroccan market.
