Maestro de Almazara is our special-edition extra virgin olive oil carefully crafted from handpicked Arbequina and Arbosana olives.
Molí Coloma, located in Subirats, is an old paper mill from the end of the 15th century. On the farm, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, are the facilities where our oils are made. The olives are hand-harvested at their optimum ripening point directly from the tree. The time between the harvest and grinding the fruit is reduced to a maximum of 1 hour. All this allows us to produce high-quality EVOO from fresh olives. Producer Profile
