Maestro de Almazara is our special-edition extra virgin olive oil carefully crafted from handpicked Arbequina and Arbosana olives. This is a product that perfectly portrays the harvest and each vintage. Our master miller carries out various coupages depending on the attributes of each variety to choose the one that best expresses the particular features of the vintage. The result is a very elegant combination of the sweetness, bitterness and spiciness in each variety.

About Molí Coloma - La Boella

Molí Coloma, located in Subirats, is an old paper mill from the end of the 15th century. On the farm, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, are the facilities where our oils are made. The olives are hand-harvested at the optimum ripeness directly from the tree. The time between the harvest and crushing the fruit is reduced to a maximum of one hour. All this allows us to produce high-quality EVOO from fresh olives.
