Gregal is an oil made from Lecciana, a variety resulting from the union of Arbosana and Leccino. With a unique personality, it stands out for its vigor and elegance. This variety has an evident influence from the Mediterranean, a shallow sea that generates currents that intervene throughout the ecosystem where the Gregal wind occurs. The result is an intensely fruity oil with a sweet entry and a harmonized spicy finish.

About Molí Coloma - La Boella

Molí Coloma, located in Subirats, is an old paper mill from the end of the 15th century. On the farm, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, are the facilities where our oils are made. The olives are hand-harvested at the optimum ripeness directly from the tree. The time between the harvest and crushing the fruit is reduced to a maximum of one hour. All this allows us to produce high-quality EVOO from fresh olives.
