This extra virgin olive oil was produced in mid-October. The olives were mechanically harvested and transported in crates to the mill. That same evening, they were processed and immediately stored in stainless steel barrels to preserve freshness and flavor.

We are a small family brand of wine and olive oil....we are situated in the village Ohnići in the region Istria, Croatia. We are cultivating five hectares of vineyard and 1.5 hectares of olives, producing 2,000 bottles of olive oil and 20,000 bottles of wine annually.
