The olives for Olio Gorgone are cultivated organically and still picked as it was originally done: by hand. Olio Gorgone is characterized by tradition and embraces modern techniques and processes to keep the oil’s taste at its absolute best. Gorgone EVOO is created using a modern oil mill and the most recently developed pressing techniques.
Due Fanti was recently founded by two university students who, during their exchange period in the U.S., developed a desire to share Italy's most hidden agricultural treasures with the world. Once back in Italy, the two founders created Due Fanti, with the core objectives of preserving biodiversity, local agrarian communities and traditional production methods, by exporting excellent products that would otherwise risk being forgotten and slowly disappear.
