FedericoII Peranzana
Extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Peranzana variety is a very high-quality product, particularly appreciated for its delicate flavor andsensorysorial characteristics. The EVOO has a medium fruity taste with well-distributed bitter and spicy aromas. In the nose are notes reminiscent of tomato, rocket and artichoke with a complete and lively flavor. It goes well with raw dishes such as salads and bruschetta but also flavors legume soups, white meats and fish-based dishes.
Where to Find Voglia di Puglia was founded in 2000 by female entrepreneurs and transformed two years later into a short-chain farm with most products grown on our land. What sets us apart from all the other production companies in the sector is conservation and ancient recipes with a focus on organic Peranzana extra virgin olive oil.
