This year’s Eva Marija Levantinka EVOO is marked by fresh fruitiness, the scent of freshly cut grass, green apple, banana and tropical fruit. Almonds, artichokes, olive leaves and green tomatoes dominate the taste. The oil has a balanced and pleasant bitterness and pungency and a complex aroma of leafy vegetables and tomato leaves. The oil is harmonized and perfectly balanced.

The Eva Marija Čurin farm was founded in 1997 and is located in the favorable district of Gdinj, on the eastern side of Hvar Island. The estate consists of five hectares of specialized olive groves home to 1,000 trees and overlooks the Adriatic Sea (225 meters). All fruits are hand-picked in the first half of October and processed within 24 hours by a cold extraction system.
