De Rustica Olive Estate is a triple award-winning olive estate and is found just outside of the village of De Rust. It was named after the town and after a book by Roman author Lucius Junius Moderatus Columella. De Rustica is famous for its olive oil, olives, sheep flocks and cattle herds.
