Our extra virgin olive oil is made only from green Arbequina olives picked on the first days of the harvest in October at our family estate, Hacienda Merrha. We look for only the highest quality olives, meaning we obtain less quantity. The oil has a medium-intensity with green and fruity aromas of tomato, apple, banana, herbs and almond.
