Albereto IGP Toscana is a blend of 100% Organic Leccino del Corno and Frantoio. The olives are harvested in October and are brought to the mill the same day of harvest. Outstanding quality with very balanced characters, good herbal notes, intense and clean with a peppery note. The color is an intense green emerald. With an intense grassy perfume with notes of asparagus and aromatic herbs such as tarragon and sage.
