It is powerful on the palate, with a very balanced bitterness and spiciness of medium intensity. The oil boasts a highly complex retronasal, with a predominance of green almond and aromatic herbs.

Baglio Ingardia farm was founded in the 18th century in the fertile countryside of Trapani.
