Aegis Gourmet
This EVOO is made exclusively from the local Lianolia variety of Parga and the Paragaea estates. The harvest starts at the end of October when the olives are still green and the polyphenol content still high. It is obtained with cold extraction resulting in an extra virgin olive oil with medium to strong fruity flavor, a little bitter and spicy.
Where to Find We are an old olive oil factory in Parga, Greece. We love and promote culture and gastronomy. We organize guided tours inside the old olive oil factory, hold cooking workshops and wine tastings. With respect for tradition and passion, we produce high-quality olive oil products from our own olive groves while adopting modern and sustainable techniques to get the best olive oil every time.
