We own a 31-hectare intensive olive orchard in Serpa, Baixo Alentejo, Portugal, planted with Cobrançosa, Frantoio and Koroneiki olives. To ensure the highest quality of our monovarietal oils, we have installed a small state-of-the-art mill on our farm, Monte Novo de Canivetes. We sell a small volume of our products under the brand name 4 C, where the C stands for Courelas, the Portuguese name for a small plot of land.
