Baio

Monte Vale de Baio is a regenerative organic farm in the beautiful Alentejo region of Portugal. We produce limited quantities of high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil. Our traditional Galega olive groves, planted in 1903 and 1953, are maintained through non-irrigated regenerative agricultural practices. Our olive oil is harvested early and cold-pressed to produce high-quality olive oil with notes of green apple, green olive leaf and a slightly spicy finish.
