Zaazey came to life on the Aegean coast of Turkey, amongst nature's richest elements, where blissful sensations are born. Working side-by-side with small artisanal, generational olive farmers, Zaazey focuses on choosing the best trees, picking the highest quality olives and using meticulous cold-press methods. Our olives are picked at peak ripeness and gently crushed within hours, creating early harvest extra virgin olive oil.
