Woodpecker Trail Olive Farm

Our 170-year-old, six-generation farm is located on the scenic and historic Woodpecker Trail. With 120 hectares, our farm has six generations of family heritage in long-leaf pine forestation. In 2015, proprietors Tracy (sixth generation) and Curtis Poling installed our 10,000-olive tree grove. We are particular about everything, from pruning, nutrition of the olive groves, hand harvesting, the operation and the freshness of the oil.
