Enzo Signorelli is a photographer, journalist and olive oil producer. From the family olive groves on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily and other small, excellent, selected areas in the region, Enzo produces high-quality extra virgin olive oils. All the EVOOs in the collection are Crus, 100-percent organic, Italian products and Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) certified. High in polyphenols, the EVOOs reached the European Union's Health Claim (Regulation EU 432/2012).
I am so proud to be awarded at the 2022 NYIOOC. It required a great effort and a long time to reach the quality requested by the contest.
