Our brand is a tribute to the Gaucho region where our olives are born. Costa Doce olive oil embodies the Italian and gastronomic origins of the Vignatti family. On the farm in Dom Feliciano City, carefully cultivated olive trees find the climate and soil ideal for producing fruits rich in aroma and flavor that, after being harvested by hand, become an incredibly fresh and impressive olive oil.
