Atsas is an organic farm located in a small village called Evrychou in Cyprus's buffer zone. We follow the best agroecology and permaculture practices as a certified organic farm. Our olive oil is produced from early-harvest olives and pressed within 30 minutes at our olive mill. Atsas organic extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed, non-filtered olive oil characterized by its bitter, fruity flavor and freshness.
It is a great honor for us to be distinguished again this year at the NYIOOC. Every award for us is proof that the hard and methodical work of our team is paying off.
