We are a Dalmatian family from Brist, Croatia. In the village of Brist, olive groves are located on the steep slopes of Biokovo Mountain, making this a challenging job. We do everything by hand. Olives are taken for processing every day so that the oil does not lose its quality. I have been intensively involved in olive growing for 20 years. I am one of the 10 most awarded olive growers in Croatia, and the first award came in 2006.
